temp coeffcient darbu, bet spriegums coeffcient nestrādā, ir "vc0 = 1.0761e3 VC1 =- 1.9408e-4 vc2 =- 1.6639e-4", labi?Paldies.

Ja Jūs lietojat HSPICE, tad spice modeli rezistors nav sprieguma coef.
